Founded in 2014 by Basil Lee and Kevin Stafford, Finback Brewery merges creativity and passion in brewing. Our team is a collection of dedicated creatives who tirelessly explore ingredients, effects and ideas in brewing, design, and expeirences in hopes of making a joyful hospitality ecostystem. We envision Finback as a platform for creativity to support the artistic endeavors of our team and community. Our passions have extended to botanically diverse gins and spirits at HALFTONE SPIRITS; meticululously sourced and roasted coffees at INVISIBLE FORCE COFFEE; an exploration in Asian snacks and feel good food at DUMPLING UP; and, a foray into agriculture and rural development at FFARM.
