Invisible Force is a project born from a search for exquisite coffee; and, curiosity to understand the relstionship between coffee terroir and roasting methodology. Rich imperial stouts have been an important part of Finback Brewery’s beer portfolio which brought us to many fine roasters and providers of coffee. Our teams passion for ingredients, flavor and process inspired us to roast our own coffee, and strengthen relationships with importers and coffee growers from around the world.  Roasting on a 12kg Dietrich IR-12,  IF Coffee hand produces small batch coffees of complexity and flavor, wihtout being overly fussy or overtly acidic. Our coffee takes a contemporary approach to roasting, balancing fruit esters and classic coffee characteristics to make a deeply satisfying cup.
