Nestled in the heart of Gowanus, our Brooklyn taproom serves specialty cocktails with in-house distilled HALFTONE gins and botanically driven spirits. Extensive Mezcal list. DUMPLING UP Asian pub snacks, dumplings, chicken wings, hot fries. Small batch brewing focusing on modern takes on traditional styles: lagers, milds, and easy drinking crowd pleasers.

Born in NYC, Finback is dedicated to creative expression in Beer, Spirits and Coffee. Our foundation is brewing and making artful beverages, while our motivation is building creative platforms and welcoming spaces that give joy. We are passionate about our products and our team of dedicated creatives strive to bring you and our community meaningful and resonating experiences.
Founded in 2014 by Basil Lee and Kevin Stafford, Finback is a project to merge creativity and passion in brewing. Our team is driven to explore ingredients, flavors, and effects in brewing, design, and environments in hopes of making a joyful hospitality experience. We envision Finback as a platform for creativity to support the artistic endeavors of our team and community. Our passion has extended to botanically driven spirits and gins at HALFTONE SPIRITS; meticulously sourced and roasted coffees at INVISIBLE FORCE COFFEE; feel food Asian snacks and food at DUMPLING UP; and, a foray into agriculture and rural development at FFARM.
